The fee covers absentee owners list acquisition, personalized postcards generation using our system, printing the postcards and mailing them to homeowners.
In a period of 10 days, you should have your order of printed postcards mailed to the respective homeowners in your area and USPS tracking information sent to you. If there are any delays by the printer, this will be communicated well in advance to avoid any confusion.
You’re the one decide when to place an order. If you want to do it monthly or after 2 months, you decide!
Serious listing opportunities! These are absentee owners and their home ownership challenges are obvious. It’s stressful for a good number of them and the idea of selling (when presented to them) becomes practically viable.
Absolutely Yes! We have no right to keep your money if your order isn’t delivered. In the unlikely event that your order isn’t delivered, we’ll process your full refund.
