Our leads subscription is quarterly. Based on your package we’ll replenish your account with new leads after every 3 months. This is to allow the leads uploaded to go through the full contact cycle. Your account will be charged after every 3 months. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
The reports contain sale comparables, area sale snapshot, and the sales trend.
The reports are spaced 10 days from each other. In a space of 30 days, your leads would have received the 3 reports.
Leads receive same report types but the information in the reports is updated every time they are sent out. This means that leads receive reports with the latest market data which makes them relevant every time they’re sent out.
Yes, we give you a rare opportunity to edit and/or add literature to these reports. There’s the literature part that is editable on all the reports. This is to enable you to have control on what you want to say to homeowners.
