39 out 100 sellers who used a real estate agent found their agents through a referral by friends or family. This is according to the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
 
This is a shocking statistic in an era where the population believes that you can reach the entire world with just a single social media post. It’s about the trust or lack of it.
 
In a layman’s language, no agent or broker tried to personally avail themselves to the 39 and if they did, it wasn’t seen to be good enough by these homeowners.
 
Agents have abandoned what used to work or they just do it less than it’s needed.
 
How much of an effort do you make to reach homeowners in your community?
 
I am not talking about doing it through social media because this is coming at a time when everyone is deeply immersed into the social media world. What this says to you and me is that even social media has its limits. It just doesn’t work where personalized attention is needed.

Agents and Brokers are quick to replace old methods with new methods; even when the old ones still work for them. New methods can compliment the old methods! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

A traditional agent or broker seems to have had the secret and to them, getting in touch with homeowners personally; either through email or printed materials or even text messages used to work magic.

Our Assisted Real Estate Farming (AREF) program will help you rediscover the connection with your community by providing you with an ingredient that seems to be lost on many i.e. the personal touch.
 
Homeowners in your area will receive monthly home value updates emailed to them (3 of them). We use the similar sales, similar listings and the average price comparison of the two to inform and keep contact with homeowners in your community.
 
At every end of the month, a text message will be sent to them informing and reminding them of your commitment to them (your community). Below is a sample text message:
Hi David, hope this finds you well. As part of my CSR work to my community as a real estate agent (or broker), I’ve sent you home value updates through email over the last month and I hope you find it useful. If you (or your friend) need any real estate advice or help, please call me for a “no obligation assistance” at (678) 701-4845. David A, Real Estate Agent.
I want to help you get personal with homeowners in your area, directly win listings from the 39% and put you in a good position to win even when it has to come down to the referrals game.

Account Contacts Limit and what it means...

The maximum per list is 2000 meaning that you can contact 2000 people monthly. However, you can have various lists on your account and switch from one list to another every month if you want. This is to make sure that every list goes through the complete contact cycle.

 

You can add new leads to a list using the one by one option or upload a list of leads that you have following our sample upload file found in the leads upload area. This can be leads like the daily FSBO, expireds, preforeclosures etc.

 

To cater for other leads that you might have in the course of the month, you’ll have room for a maximum of 1000 more leads to add onto the 1000 leads monthly campaign.

 

If you want a higher sending limit, please let us know and we’ll work together to have it effected.

pricing

The AREF program monthly subscription fee is $50.

 

However, you’ll be charged $99 for the first month. This caters for setup and the setup includes acquisition of the email list (2000 homeowners) from your target area and the farming campaign setup help.
