How it works
1. Create a Campaign
This is done with a click of a button as shown in the screenshot below. You simply click on the create button, give your campaign a name and save it. Your newly created campaign will appear on your list of campaigns.
2. Edit Message to Homeowners
As we’ve noticed while running campaigns for other real estate agents, this feature is key to the success of your campaigns. If you get your message right, you convert more. This includes the subject and the message itself.
You can edit the message on every campaign. You can literally target any type of leads using this program.
The edited message appears in your emailed reports as shown below. One thing we added is the salutation part; addressing the homeowners by their name just before the message. These leads always have homeowner names and we’ve found it to work better when you address homeowners by their name.
3. Upload Your Leads
After editing your message, you’re ready to add your leads and get your campaign rolling. This feature allows you to upload your list of leads.
With only a few clicks, you’ll be ready to start receiving enquiries from homeowners in need of your help. These are listing opportunities!

Email delivery is done through madmimi for easy and assured delivery. A subaccount is created for every Realtor on our platform and integrated with their account.
