Home Value Follow-up System:

This is the main stem of the program. Up to date home value and market trend data make up the emails within our follow-up drip. This data is personalized depending on the seller’s address or buyer’s target area zip code. There are 3 different reports for seller leads and 2 for buyer leads. All the 3 reports are scheduled to be sent out in a month and once done, the cycle repeats itself. This means that each report will be spaced out a month from a similar report. Despite the fact that they are same reports, every time the reports are generated afresh and they contain up to date information. This makes them all important to homeowners and/or buyers any time they’re sent out.

Apart from the home value data part in the reports, there’s the literature section (in-report text) that is editable and/or customizable by you. We give you a rare opportunity to edit the “in-report text” at any time and have control of what goes out as the literature part.

3. Address Look-up Tool:

This is a tool that will help you to lookup contact information for your leads. You only need to supply addresses and the other information will be appended where available. At times you may have such leads as the expired but you don’t have a way to contact them because they lack contact information. Don’t hesitate to have them uploaded to our Address Lookup tool.
